how to get quick help if you need it:
1.
My website is down!
If
there is something technically wrong with your
website,
or something is not working call 863-318-0464
and let us
know immediately.
We'll
do whatever we can to fix it right away!
2. I'm not getting any leads!
If it seems like you're not getting your leads or emails, go through this checklist to determine the source of the problem.

Go to your site, enter your name and email... if you don't immediately go to the welcome page -- that's a problem

Go to your Marketwatch page and fill out the form…if you don't get returned to the welcome page AND receive an email with the subject line "New Marketwatch Subscription!" -- that's a problem

Sign into your Google account
a. is it active and does it have money in it?
b. do your ads connect to your website?

Sign into your overture account
a. is the account online?
b. do your listings connect to your website?
If you have challenges at any point mentioned, call or email and include that in the message for me or Lori.
3. I need to change my email address
or contact info!
For
any non-urgent changes, just email sony@deanjackson.com
and we'll make whatever change you need.
4. I forgot my passwords!
Just
email sony@deanjackson.com or call 863-318-0464
and
we'll get them for you.
